I can wear many hats, metaphorically. My experience includes front-end JavaScript programming and refactoring to database and SQL query optimization to configuration of production web servers, I have tried and tested experience that will benefit your software project.

I have extensive experience working with a diverse set of front-end web technologies. I like JavaScript, I have experience creating rich user interfaces without the use of Flash.

I have a broad range of experience working with a diverse classification of web-based systems; custom content management systems, personal blogs, small-business web sites, online stores/shopping carts, CRMs. I'm experienced with the core principles of search engine optimization and marketing, I can show you to run a successful ad-based campaign or how to improve your existing one.

Many times an existing legacy system wasn't designed with future expansion in mind. Making said legacy system talk to a 3rd party service like, for example, salesforce.com isn't always easy - I can help with that. I have experience working with popular web-based services that make our lives easier; things like Amazon S3/EC2, Google Maps, last.fm and many more.

I have solid knowledge of and practical experience with SEO/SEM practices. I can help you grow your site's traffic organically; if you've got a budget, I can help you to increase your site's traffic via Google AdWords (or the MSN/Yahoo/Ask equivalents).

I've earned a Bachelor of Science studying Computer Science at Umass Amherst. I'm a husband and father, I'm an embarassingly out of practice white water kayaker. I was never any good at basketball, but I've been known to frequent the volleyball court regularly. I'm a music fan, most genres, but I'm partial to electronic music (usually drum'n'bass) when coding. Most importantly, I love writing code.
